Dr. Prashant Naik

Prashant qualified from Bart’s in 2006 after gaining a first class intercalated BSc and distinction in his BDS. During undergraduate training, he won several awards and prizes including the prestigious BDA/Dentsply clinician 2005, representing the UK at the ADA conference in Las Vegas.

He is an Honorary member of SCADA and a member of the ADI. Having a passion for surgery and complex dentistry, Prash underwent maxillofacial surgery training in 2007-2008 and subsequently completed the gold standard dental implant training with the Royal College of surgeons (England) and the FGDP in 2010, after which he was awarded the prestigious diploma in implant dentistry.

He has been practising implant dentistry since 2008 and for the last eight years his practice has been limited to dental implant treatment where he accepts referrals for all types of cases including single units, full arch rehabilitation (including teeth in a day), sinus grafting and complex autogenous bone augmentation. As a lifelong leaner, he regularly attends courses to keep up to date and help enhance his practice.

Outside of work, Prash enjoys, family time with his wife and two young children as well as golf and travel. He is assistant head coach for his son’s youth football team as well as a coach for the local cricket team where is son and daughter play.
